To learn to use an app, sit down with a patient person, your phone in your own hands. Ask them to explain, not to do it for you.
Choose someone patient: a relative, a neighbour, a volunteer.
Keep the phone in your hands, and do each step yourself.
Write each step down on paper.
The next day, do the steps again on your own. You should manage with your piece of paper.
If you don’t manage: do another short session, on a single step. Libraries and community centres often offer free workshops.
Limitation: do not give out your passwords, even to someone you trust. Type them in yourself.
To picture it: learning with someone is like learning to ride a bike with a person holding the seat, then letting go.
